10 Limitation of Liability

77bf is not liable for any losses arising from technical issues, internet disruptions, or third-party software errors. Any financial losses resulting from game outcomes or bets are entirely the member's own responsibility.

All gaming decisions are made by the member themselves, and 77bf bears no responsibility for the outcomes of those decisions. However, if a technical error affects a game result, the relevant round will be voided and the stake returned.

11 Dispute Resolution

For any disputes or complaints, please contact our customer support team in the first instance. The support team will endeavour to resolve the matter within 72 hours. If the resolution is unsatisfactory, you may escalate the matter to the licensing authority.

All operations of 77bf are conducted under an international gaming licence and in accordance with applicable laws. Any legal disputes arising from these terms and conditions will fall under the jurisdiction of the relevant licensing authority.

12 Changes to Terms
